Jota Salazar is a distinguished Colombian entrepreneur and business leader with a solid track record in global investments and mortgage lending.
His entrepreneurial journey began at 16 in telecommunications and retail business, and by 18, he had acquired his first property. In 2007, at just 20 years old, Jota founded his first synthetic turf company in Colombia. Two years later, he launched a clothing brand, specializing in the retail sector, and also founded a transportation company focused on services for senior citizens.
In 2013, Jota started Velo Créditos, a credit company, and soon after took on the challenge of restructuring a real estate company, Showroom Inmobiliario. Under his leadership, the company grew from $2 million to $10 million in annual production by 2015, expanding to 45 active agents. In 2018, he built Caza Tasa, leading it for six years before selling it in 2024. Meanwhile, in 2017, he founded Wealth for Life, specializing in real estate investments and loans, which he continues to manage.
